Standard designs swing gates

Our swing gates are available in 8 standard designs, or you can have them purpose-built to your specific design.

  • Stopper bars are welded on to resist levering and tampering.
  • Security snap-off bolts and bullet hinges are fitted, which adds to the strength factor.
  • When shut closed, the interlinking cover plate, which is uniquely designed and has a well-mounted locking box, is hard to crack or tamper with.
  • Swing gates are suited to outdoor and indoor use, and to those who wish to custom make their gate.
  • Choice of lock: a latch lock, a roller-bearing lock or a remote-controlled electronic gate lock.
  • All gates are hot-dipped galvanised as per SABS standards, then powder coated with an exterior polyester powder coating, giving the product a scratch and fade resistant finish. All products are maintenance free and exterior fitted products are secured with snap-off bolts to ensure security.
  • The Swing Gate is made from a steel Outer Frame of 20mm x 40mm.
  • The 30mm x 76mm Horizontal Centre Bar houses the lock (design specific). 16mm x 16mm square tube infills, or 12mm x 12mm solid square bars.
  • 100mm x 30mm bullet hinges, stopper bar, cover plate and locking box provide greater protection against tampering.
  • Covered in a powder coating which is exterior polyester and is fade resistant.
  • Each integral part is hot-dip galvanised, ensuring greater protection from rust and giving your gate longevity.

All swing gates are hot dip galvanised according to SABS standards, making them highly resistant to corrosion and suitable for harsh outdoor elements. Following a five stage chemical wash, each gate is finished with an exterior epoxy polyester powder coating. This treatment produces a durable, scratch resistant, and fade resistant barrier that requires virtually no maintenance
To secure your property, these gates offer three distinct types of locking systems depending on your operational needs. You can select a standard manual latch lock, a smooth roller bearing lock, or an automated electronic gate lock that can be operated remotely or triggered by a buzz action for convenient access control.
